Outside of work, Jim is a proud father of six — three boys and three girls — and enjoys spending his free time fishing whenever he can. On Saturday nights, you’ll likely find him at the dirt track as a spectator, and at home, he’s known as the family’s master chef, cooking everything from gumbo to smoked ribs.
