We were fortunate enough to work on the rebuilding of a project on Perkins Road which included removing and replacing damaged stucco as well as installing a fluid-applied waterproofing system over the entire building. We then changed metal caps, flashings and gutters, repainted the exterior of the building, re-set balcony rails and awnings and replaced exterior lighting. In addition to the exterior upgrades to the building, we also removed and replaced the flooring in each unit as well as repaint each space from floor to ceiling. We’re proud of how the project turned out and are excited for residents to enjoy it.
