Re-Creating Phil's Oyster Bar

When we had the opportunity to build the new location for Phil’s Oyster Bar in 2016, we immediately knew the project was going to be special. Phil’s is an iconic Baton Rouge business and the owners wanted this space built to resemble the restaurant’s original location on Government Street from the 1970s. To re-create the location we looked back at old photos and implemented vintage details like wood paneling throughout. What started out as an empty shell developed into a wonderful homage that will be enjoyed for years to come.

“We tried to make it look like our original location on Government Street from the 1970s, and we worked with Centurion day and night to make sure it came out exactly how we wanted. I think the space speaks for itself. It’s incredible. It honestly came out better than we could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Centurion Construction Management .”
