Chad Guzzardo
President - Principal
Chad Guzzardo is a proven leader in the construction industry. Over the years, he has managed major construction projects throughout the United States. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Chad worked for two “ENR’s Top 50” contractors specializing in education and healthcare facilities. Returning to Baton Rouge in 2007, Chad managed some of the city’s most extensive and most high-profile projects, working for Baton Rouge’s biggest developers and institutions.
Chad has maintained his solid reputation in providing safe environments for his employees and subcontractors, demanding quality, timely completion and cost effective projects for his clients. Chad is a 2012 graduate of the Community Leadership Program sponsored by the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and Barton Leadership Program. He sits on the Board of Directors for many local Non-Profit organizations and is heavily involved with local programs focused on providing children with a better environment and education.
