We recently joined Coleman Roofing and Construction in Gonzales to break ground on their new corporate headquarters. This facility marks a major step forward for their business. It brings all of their operations under one roof while creating space to grow and expand. Located right off I-10, the site offers visibility and convenience that will serve their team well for years to come.
Planning from the Ground Up
Our involvement with this project started early. We worked closely with the City of Gonzales to secure a zoning change from C1 to C2, a necessary step to move construction forward. It took coordination, diligence and a shared vision to navigate the planning process and bring the project to this point. Watching it reach the groundbreaking phase is a proud moment for everyone involved.
