Clayton de la Houssaye

Assistant Superintendent

Clayton de la Houssaye initially joined Centurion as an intern while earning his Bachelor of Science in construction management from LSU. He has since joined our team full-time and serves as Assistant Superintendent. During his academic and professional experiences, he gained hands-on exposure to a range of projects, including Centurion’s work with One Hour Air, Coleman Roofing, Entergy, BRPD and Catholic Charities, building a strong foundation in both field and project coordination.

Clayton holds his OSHA 510 certification and approaches every opportunity with consistency, discipline and a commitment to giving his full effort. He values learning through experience and is always looking for ways to improve, making him a strong contributor to Centurion’s culture of growth and accountability.

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found in the marsh, duck hunting and enjoying the outdoors.

"TO ME, THE CENTURION WAY MEANS HOLDING YOURSELF TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN EVERYTHING YOU DO, STAYING ACCOUNTABLE, AND ALWAYS DELIVERING QUALITY WORK. IT’S ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING, SUPPORTING YOUR TEAM, AND TAKING PRIDE IN THE PROJECTS WE BUILD EVERY DAY."
