Richie Colonna
Superintendent
Richie Colonna is a seasoned Superintendent with over 30 years of industry experience. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and a Certificate in Construction Management from NYU’s Continuing Education program, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and field management skills.
Richie has overseen a wide range of complex projects, including hurricane restoration at Oak Park Plaza, multi-site ground-up construction for Guarantee Restoration and large-scale school reconstruction across six campuses for the Jefferson Davis Parish School Board. He has also completed 15 7-Eleven gas stations and convenience store builds in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, further showcasing his ability to lead high-volume, deadline-driven projects with precision.
His career spans more than 19 states, with work on schools, hotels, shopping centers, banks and high-rise office renovations. Notable clients have included CBS News, AIG Insurance, Synergy Bank and Big 5 Sporting Goods. No matter the scope or scale, Richie is committed to delivering quality results while fostering strong relationships with teams, clients and subcontractors.
Outside of work, Richie is a dedicated family man with four children and three grandchildren. He is also an outdoorsman and is deeply involved in his community. He serves as an Adult Leader with three Scouting America units, Vice Chair for the Bon Temps District and is a member of the Evangeline Area Council’s Training and Program Directors team. He also gives his time as the Financial Secretary of his local Knights of Columbus Council.
